Michelle White, CYI

Specializations
Hatha Yoga

Michele received her Hatha Yoga certification from her long time mentor Anna Pittman, with whom she continues to study. She has been teaching yoga for ten years, and established her own yoga studio in Scottsville nine years ago. Her style incorporates dynamic flow with a focus on alignment-based principles to fine-tune the postures. She finds the body to be the best guide, and believes that asana practice is about creating space in the body for breath, and space in the mind for joy.

In 2012, Michele earned her 500 hour certification completing her training in Yoga Therapy through the Inner Peace Yoga Therapy program. It has allowed her to embrace an integrated approach while weaving many modalities together; thai yoga massage, ayurveda, reiki, asana practice, meditation, and mentoring vyasti sadhana.

Elizabeth Keezer, CMT; MMC

Specializations
Therapeutic & Medical Massage

Elizabeth is a 2015 graduate of the Advance Fuller School of Massage in Virginia Beach, Virginia. I have
practiced therapeutic massage in both the spa and medical setting. Massage has become not only my
second career but my passion. I have discovered that helping those who seek massage for stress
reduction, relaxation or chronic pain relief brings me great joy. I enjoy learning about the body and I
take continued education classes whenever possible. A few of those classes that I have found
particularly useful to my clients are lymphatic drainage and reflexology. I am also certified in medical
massage. My overall philosophy as a massage professional is to help others achieve overall better
health and drug free pain reduction. I believe that massage is not just a luxury, but a necessary and
useful tool in preventative health care. Each person is unique, it is my objective to provide a
customized massage to each client, so that they may achieve their health goals.
